How does an ANA Smart Card work?
Your NFC card opens a link to your digital business profile when tapped against a compatible phone. A QR code gives you another way to share that profile.
Does the other person need an app?
No app is needed to view your profile in a web browser. NFC support and settings vary by phone; QR is the alternative when NFC is unavailable.
Can I update my details later?
Yes. Edit your profile from your account and keep the same profile URL and QR code.
Will contacts save automatically?
No. The recipient chooses Save contact, then confirms the import on their device.
Can I manage cards for my whole team?
Company accounts start with five digital cards and use a shared company identity. Account owners can manage their cards, and additional quantities are available after activation.
Are physical NFC cards included in a digital plan?
NFC printing and programming are separate. Submit a print request from your account; final details and pricing must be confirmed before production.
What do the view counts measure?
They measure public profile views, not hardware NFC taps. Public views are counted once per visitor session within a 30-minute period. Your own preview is excluded.
